Hello lovely people =}
It's a lazy & quiet Saturday afternoon at home. I can't believe it's already midsummer! I'm thankful that things are looking up in the personal business department. I think it'll be one more week of never ending calls / updates / follow-ups / anxiety & then all will be done! I'll begin my journey of sifting through samples, finalizing color schemes & styles. I can't wait =>
The house is so quiet these days; especially at night. I miss my mum a lot; I rarely get to talk to her. Oh well, as long a she's enjoying herself...which I know she is.
With the mention of home, I went grocery shopping yesterday with a friend. Only a few people were at Spinneys - including a cute baby boy holding onto a car-toy, who kept following me *slowly* from one aisle to another {I slowed down for him}. So lovable <3 The maid - who was following him - asked me: "Do you know him?" while he adorably looked up at me. I stroked his cheek and replied: "I wish I did.." May God protect him always.
In my previous post, I mentioned that I'd be adding some touch-ups to my personal space at the family's offices; I had a few artworks and photos which I took for framing early last week - tiny ones, but I like them very much. Lucky for me, the man at the store was able to squeeze in an extra photo to my order which I picked up on Thursday & the end result was great! Maybe one day, I'll have the courage to print & frame my own art - if I may call it so >.<;
That's all I have time for this afternoon; I've got a few errands to run & I must visit my grandmother who last night, had henna-dipped fingertips courtsey of yours truly =} I truly enjoyed my time with her. Today, I've got three perfume oils for her - each including amber which is her favourite. I can't wait to see her nod of approval *I hope* & the look in her eyes and to receive the most loving kiss when it's time for me to leave <3
Until we meet again, be well & I hope you have a refreshing start to a new week.
